Summary: The unit itself was on the third floor for a senior very difficult to handle. At this time it was an awful construction zone. I was instructed to enter from the back of the building. There was no access from the back of the building bad communication on that subject. So I had to go find another parking space. And take a taxi to go get my car at departure. All around it was an awful experience. The unit itself was very clean!
